Example:

You pre-paid for 6 hours at least 72 hours before assistance is needed....10% discount applied.

You then only used 2 hours for this month....75% rolled over so you have 3 hours available for the next month.

The next month used 10 hours...You used your 3 hours from the previous month and then purchased another 6 hours Bronze package.  You then purchased 1 more hour for 20% off.

Destination charge is a nominal service fee for vehicle maintenance and gas.
